Enjoyed the 1948 noir, ROAD HOUSE, starring Richard Widmark (who goes into his psycho mode in the second half of the film), Cornel Wilde, Ida Lupino and Celeste Holm.

Don't want to give too much away but it's a solid, but not great, noir. Keaney gave it a 2.0 and the IMDb rating is 7.3.

Entertaining and definitely worth a view.
