Enjoyed the 1951 Brit noir THE LONG DARK HALL starring Rex Harrison, Lilli Palmer (his wife at the time), Raymond Huntley and Anthony Dawson.

Rex Harrison has this simply wonderful (and pretty) wife, yet strays (as he apparently was apt to do in real life) and finds himself obsessing over Rose Mallory (Patricia Cutts) who he discovers murdered in her room.  All evidence points to Harrison, yet his wife not only stands by him but is this encouraging beacon of hope.  He goes to trial and...

While entertaining, it's also predictable.

Keaney gives it a 2.5 (I'd go 2.0), more in line with IMDb's 6.3.
