The 1944 drama/romance/war film THE UNWRITTEN CODE stars Tom Neal and Ann Savage (both of Detour fame), although Roland Varno really carries the film.
Varno, a Nazi masquerading as an American soldier, does an admirable job of embodying the "true believer" in his cause as he tries to release hundreds of German prisoners.
For only 61 minutes, I found this to be a better-than-average "B" picture.
