Recoil (1953) Empty Recoil (1953)

Enjoyed the 1953 Brit noir RECOIL starring Kieron Moore, Elizabeth Sellars, Edward Underdown and John Horsley.

Sellar's father is killed in a heist gone wrong and the criminal is seen by Sellar's but he sets up an alibi which is unable to be faulted by the police. Sellars decides to go undercover (and under the sheets) trying to trap the killer (Edward Underdown), much to the disappointment of Underdown's brother who has innocently supplied the alibi and thinks that Sellars is all that and a bag of chips.

It's 99 minutes long, but it keep me engaged throughout the film.

Keaney gives it a 2.0 and I agree.
