That Way With Women
Thoroughly enjoyed the 1947 comedic drama THAT WAY WITH WOMEN starring Sydney Greenstreet, Dane Clark, Martha Vickers and Alan Hale.
This one really surprised on the upside. I always enjoy Sydney Greenstreet and this one was no exception. Based on the 1931 THE MILLIONAIRE (starring George Arliss which was based on a story by Earl Derr Biggers), Greenstreet plays a very bored (and unhappily retired) automobile tycoon. His role reminded me of the wonderful job he did in CHRISTMAS IN CONNECTICUT. When he surreptitiously re-enters the work force, things happen.
This one is worth searching out. I don't think it was ever commercially released and TCM doesn't have it scheduled to air. But keep an eye out for this one.
