The Assassin
Recently got the 1953 "thriller" THE ASSASSIN starring Richard Todd, Eva Bartok, George Coulouris and John Gregson.
Todd is a P.I. that winds up in Italy trying to locate a man due a reward for his aid in the war. To say this doesn't go smoothly for him is an understatement.
I was a bit tired when I viewed it, but it seemed to drag on and certainly was not a thriller to me.
Can't say I'd recommend this one with so many other good to excellent films available.
If anyone has seen it and has a different viewpoint, please tell me what I missed.
